    Thanks everyone. I love playing with blocks to see if I can made them 3D. I have a few others in minde for upcoming doll quilts.

    Jane - this "design wall" is the back of my DH's recliner. It was late and the only reasonable lighting was in the living room so stuck the blocks to that. :) You can get a matching "design wall" at any Sears & Roebuck's. :P

    Your 3D pinwheels are great!!!

    Since this is a doll quilt, I am thinking these blocks are small, making your pinwheels an even bigger challenge. Can you tell me how big each of your blocks is???

    Thanks I will have to make a trip there soon. I live in a 36 foot 5th wheel trailer in a 55 plus trailer park in florida and dont have any place for a design wall, but yours gave me inspiration to use my hubby's chair, also loved your doll qult, will post mine when i get a chance to get the picture on the computer.
