Talking 4th of July shower curtain

Hello everyone. I've always been a spectator....so today I decided to post something for a change. Before I cut out tons of fabric I always make a block or two to see if I'm going to want to do the block. Well, I managed to make 12 blocks...not quite enough for a bed quilt and I have a ton of lap quilts. So it became a shower curtain. I was originally planning it for last 4th of July. Ha...I have so many WIP and so little time. Hope you like it.
P.S. My mom was here in December and saw it....so she went home and made me a queen size quilt to go with it. She doesn't have near the WIP that I do...I'm so jealous.
The first pic is the shower curtain and the second is the bed quilt mom made.

I never thought to use spare blocks for the outside part of a shower curtain - how clever and easy to wash Mom did a good job also

Love your blocks
