They will sleep well knowing there is someone like you caring for what they do for all of us. It is a wonderful thing you are doing for them.

What an awesome thing to do for the troops. My husband's cousin is in Irag. I spent all day yesterday baking cookies to send, but your pillowcases are forever. That was very generous of you..God bless our troops.

Bless you, MarjaMT. I am so touched by your caring generosity for our soldiers. Thank you for all you are doing for our heros, including your grandson. Thank him for his service for all of us.

Do you have a pattern that you could share? I know there are lots out there but I want to make sure that I am making them the right size. Thanks!

What a WONDERFUL thing to do. You are an angel. I'm sure it really makes the soldiers ~ ALL those serving ~ feel like it's a little bit of home USA when they're laying on them.

I think I can help here...My sister taught me to make these pillowcases when I visited her in Bozeman last summer. here is the name of the pattern:

Sweet Dreams Pillowcase...designed by Penny Sturges. E-mail address on the pattern is Quiltsillustrated.com

The pillowcases go together in an hour or less, once you get the hang of it, and that doesn't take long!
