Don't you just love black and white quilts? They are always striking - that's why this year's family reunion quilt will be made with black/white fabrics - that is if I ever get started on it. I'm washing the fabrics now that my family members sent, then need to iron them and finalize the pattern - although I'm definitely leaning towards a log cabin. My oldest niece has graciously said that she will quilt it on her new LAQ that she got last year if I get it to her on time. It's a beautiful quilt and a wonderful way to add sentiments/memories to the quilt.

What a wonderful gift! the large stars with white background is not only striking, but leaves plenty of room for guests to write in with a gorgeous overall design! Way to go!!
