    You really need the pattern with directions (maybe someone has one they would part with) or someone to show you. Also it works fine to use the 60 degree line on a wide ruler.

    I have made lots of these. I hate paying for patterns that seem so easy, but this pattern and the 60 degree ruler have more than paid for themselves with the number of table runners I have made. I usually make mine a little longer than the directions call for, and sometimes a little wider depending on the stripe design I have chosen. I love the sunflower one too.

    My pattern states that you may not copy it without their permission, otherwise I would copy it for you.

    You were lucky to get two out of the kit. The one I had didn't even have enough fabric for the backing so I had to go back and I thought she would have given me the right size but she only gave me 4" to add to what I had.
