Beautiful quilt to honor the firefighters of 9/11. What a special way to help recovering soldiers. Awesome work and design.

LIke many people I know, my response to the original date was to start quilting with tears in my eyes. My DH was in our local volunteer fire dept then, so the dept. gave may quilt to the NYFD. I am told it hangs in station#2.

Another for our local fire dept fund raiser.
