LOL Florence! I know exactly how you feel! This block was a horror for me, but when finished...wheee!!!! So happy! They do get a bit easier as you go..still don't love them, but they aren't all this bad!

Rox...Lesley is right...dive in and tackle them a little bit at a time.

I like your colours Florence. The ladies are right, tackle the curly ones a little at a time or do what I have done and embroider some. Topaz-Spain

I am trying to see the bigger picture, however, some blocks look very challenging to say the least-onwards to the next one.

well, I'm going to try to do them the way they are in the book, but if one gets too difficult? I am going to FUDGE and grin!

Despite cheating, this block was difficult for me..these scrolls (or as my hubby says commas, lol) are too difficult to turn under..I need to think up of an alternative way to do it for future blocks.
