If you do this well with your first embroidered quilt, I see great things in store for you! It's beautiful and i love the way the colors pop against the black background!

Beautiful quilt... but it is way over my head...reaching for the more difficult is very rewarding...

Welcome to the board, and your quilt is beautiful. It doesn't look like a beginner made it. How are you going to quilt it?

I have the machine applique embroidery designs in 8"and 6". I paid $100 for the 2 sizes. My machine does not support the 8" hoop so have never used that program. The person who digitized it did a good job. Only thing I don't like is there is no stippling. It would have to be done on a longarm after I guess. I am not adept enough to do it so I just left it the way it is. Can't imagine hand applique for that design. Very intense.
There is no manual so I printed the PDF directions that was on the flash and put them in a notebook then made each block from there.
