Default After 8 years, Little Brown Bird is done

Over the past 8 years I've posted about my Little Brown Bird from time to time. But, it is finally done. I hand quilted it this summer and sewed on the hanging sleeve and label just last week. Now I feel almost lost, not knowing what to tackle next. This quilt has consumed so much time over so many years. I do hope you enjoy seeing it.

I've kept track of your progress and I admire your persistence. I don't even have words to express how stunning this quilt turned out. What an heirloom and symbol of your expertise at applique. Congratulations. My word of advice is to make a simple quilt next with a quicker turn around time to get you back in the mood for quilting.

Heirloom quilt! Make sure you put your name on it so future generations know who made it!
