All 4 Wolf Wallhangings are Done!! Yea!!

The detailing on these four panels is incredible!! I have been working on these since November & am ever so glad to see them finished!! I wish you could get the full effect in pictures, but they really look awesome! I used silver metallic thread to show frost on their coats in the crisp winter air, a different type of fancy thread for the breath to make it look really cold, yet different from the frost on their coats. I like to make things look as realistic as I can, so that was my goal. The Spirit Wolf was a suggestion from a friend.

They are just beautiful, make me homesick for the North Woods.
I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.

These are spectacular! I love the wolf in the moonlight & the wolf's icy breath... reminds me of winter here in WI (except this year when winter passed us by). Thanks for sharing these with us!

Thank you all so much for your wonderful replies!! I wish you could get the full effect...there's even a little squirrel in the 3rd panel, left tree, up by the greenery. I'm going to miss them after I ship them to our son. Glad I got another panel for us!! :-)
