There is no real pattern for this quilt. I just took two blocks from Jinney Beyer and made up the rest. The corner blocks are called seaside star and the center block is the sea of crisis pattern. I just enlarged it about 170% I think. I tried to get it to be about 24" but had a little snafu with the block. SO it ended up only being about 20ish". Then I Took the size of the corner triangles on the seaside stars and put them on the center block and also on the side panels. that way they would match up right. the board helped me actually decide to put in the white strips on the side panels. If you look under my posts you can see the different stages of the quilt. It has been really a lot of fun putting this quilt together but also a bit of a headache. Its worth it though for my DS, he will grow to appreciate it. and he already does have love it. every time i put it on the ground when he is up he beelines for it and sits or lays down on it. hehe
