    Yes, Kitsie, it was pieced by the same lady as the Ode to the '30's quilt. She must have been using up her scraps because there was very little repeat in the fabrics used. I could not believe how many different prints were used in this quilt.

    I was slow on this one. It took me about 4 months. Typically I can do one in about six weeks, but I had some shoulder trouble and it slowed me down. Thankfully that pain is gone, so I can quilt comfortably again. Got some tips from my chiropractor that my hubby can do to stretch those muscles and loosen them up for me. :-)

    As much as I usually avoid small florals and big white spaces that need beautiful quilting (not my strength, to say the least!) I always love 30's repro quilts done on white. I especially like this one because of the variety of blocks. And your quilting adds so much to am already-stunning quilt! Kudos to you both!
    Mistakes are just opportunities to invent a new quilting technique!
