I want to thank yall for your comments. You all are just wonderful people and probably the only ones that understand the process involved in quilting and can appreciate what you are looking at. Again thank you so much and GOD Bless this board.

Very pretty :) That is a very easy pattern to follow. I have made one as a wedding gift and have another half done. I put the second away for more pressing projects.

Swan Song, if the one in your avatar is the one you made it is gorgeous.... I have made just real easy ones with just 3 fabrics. I have some horse fabric I want to use for the center, but don't have fabric to go with it and I think the mofits might be too big. Plus I need a break from doing that pattern anyway.

I am in Arlington and yes the one in my avatar is a "Rings that Bind". It is the one I gave as a wedding present. Close ups of it are in this thread:

The second one is just 3 fabrics and has been less frustrating. I don't know how soon I will attempt a crazy quilt. It was fun to do the embellishments but the actual squares gave me fits.

Joanie, I keep looking at your picture and it looks like
your roses are appliqued and the leaves are embroidered. It's really hard to tell in the photo. The piece is really
beautiful. I'd like to know a little more about it.
