That is such a wonderful quilt... and you can be sure (by the look) that he loves HIS quilt. Thank you for all you do for our soldiers... our Guild makes Quilts for Valor. I love it!

Ohhhhhhhhh--how precious..love the pic. Hope they are going to his daddy. Probably make him cry, he's so sweet and he's missing all this. I really feel sorry for the family. It's not fair that he should miss all these precious moments for something he has no real reason to be involved with. Hope he gets home soon, safe and sound.

Our guild, Cumberland Valley Quilters is making quilts for the wounded and just sent a bunch to Germany, to the hospital. Soldiers Angels sends theirs to the medevac faility in Iraq and every wounded soldier gets a quilt for the trip to Germany, as some only have a sheet to cover them. They keep the quilts in hospital and for the return trip home. You should see the letters they get from the soldiers. Keep up the good work. They deserve it.
Thank you for the wonderful comment!
I'm not familiar with Soldiers Angels.org. I donate long arm quilting and quilts for American Hero quilts, they're a wonderful organization. Thank you for taking your time and recognizing our service men and women, they really do appreciate it!
