Another thing that is very attractive with this is to hot glue lace on the outside of the embroidery hoop. I have been doing this with pictures on fabric for years. Great idea.

Love the idea - thanks so much for sharing. I will bookmark this for whenever I actually get a sewing room. Right now I have a corner of the living room. Thanks again.

What a cute idea! Now all I need is some space on the wall in my sewing room that isn't already covered by something!

How neat. That gives me an idea, either make a block from a quilt you are doing, or have finished or sew several of the scraps together and hoop them, so you will have part of each quilt you make scattered around.

That's so cute! love the various sizes. It's something you can do and enjoy, or redo as it pleases you. What fun!

What a great idea!!!!! I have some of my grandmother's hoops!!!! This might also be a good way to display some of those quilt blocks that have been done as a "practice" block. These would not have to be limited to the sewing room if your house is like mine and the sewing spills over into other parts of the house. In fact, I should just hang them on my front door with a sign that reads "Watch for Loose Threads"

Nice way to store your hoops too. I have a bunch on the closet floor because I don't have anywhere to put them Thank you for the tip.
