I have a sewing machine music box, which plays "Buttons and Bows" with a piece of fabric under the needle and a mouse sitting on the top. On the right side of the machine is a pair of scissors in front and a pattern in back. BTW, as the music plays, the mouse turns.

OK, I made a couple of changes....I added a piece of fabric and a knob....better? ;-)
