All the quilts I have ever made since 2002, some 40-50, I have used the low-loft batting. I love it. Easy to wash, light but yet warm. I've hand quilted it as well as machine quilted it, both do fine. Happy Quilting!!

OOoo--I see a nice move for the quilts I asked about last night!! So--you're not using your machine--but a long arm?? If you lived closer I could give you lots to practice on! :lol: I just hate sandwiching...and would be more than happy to hand tops and backs over!!

Yes on a long arm. I cannot get the hang of doing on on a sewing machine. :)
