I wished that my boys were able to hold it up better to get a better view, its so big and I also have to learn to take pics of my quilts better. This has to be the biggest quilt I think I have ever put together and it was an entire family effort. Each block is embroidered by machie and those bunnies, dont get me started on those, they are 45,000+ stitches each and also some applique involved and took over 3 hours each on a Brother PR-600 I am so glad that project is over. My step son has been dying for me to get it done so he could be the first to sleep with it. I dont know who will win, him or the dog but they both think that own everything mom makes.

I love your quilt. I'd fight over getting to be the first to snuggle up with it also if I was there. I would also like to see a close up please.

    WOW!

I love that your (step) son wants to be the first! Perhaps he and the dog can share the honor?

Well they both got the opportunity last night to share the quilt for the first nights rest on it. I threatened to take pictures of my SS sleeping with a pink quilt! LOL But I resisted the urge to do so. I shoudl have done it though and saved the pictures for when he is married and show his wife! HA HA HA OK I dont want to be one of those cruel moms, but the thought of it is funny!

Maybe you should have done it to remind yourself that your creations are appreciated and desirable! I would have loved to see at least your dog with it! (I'm a dog - pet lover!)

He looks adorable! 14? He sounds like a sweetheart! Isn't that the age where they don't appreciate stuff like this?

(Don't get me wrong; I'm not basing it on my own personal behavior-- I was an angel!)
