Okay since my FIL is going to a nursing facility we have been slowly cleaning out his home and my daughter brought home several quilts that my MIL made before she passed. I will be posting them as I wash them and get them presentable for photos.

This one I will duplicate but I am trying to figure out how the blocks will work with me doing them on my treadle. She was a hand quilter and never owned a sewing machine. I never was able to meet her before she passed but I got to know her through me replicating one of her quilts not long ago.

Looks like Mrs Mary and I are going to visit again for a while. :-D :-D :-D

My question is this......what pattern is this and when do you think it was made? I am guessing the early 70's before she passed but I might be wrong.

The pink looks the same as what DMIL used for the background of the Grandmother's Flower Garden quilt she gave us when we got married in January of 1971.

Well now I am trying to figure out how to do the block on my treadle without having a 4 corner junction in the middle of the bow.

Billy, that is a Bow Tie quilt. The "knot" is usually the same fabric as the other blues but she made it pink. Your timeline seems correct :D
