Thanks everyone for your well wishes..we had a flash flood that has caused a landslide, the villa is built into the hillside, it brought a large section of retaining wall down and all the silt has gone right into our pool, we had a raging river flowing right around the villa last night but thankfully the villa stayed dry but I have a mud slick right around us.... ....we have had national press up here taking pictures, there are alot of folks worse off than us.....it is so upsetting, but you just got to deal with it :?

    Thanks for caring :-)

Thanks everyone for your concerns and offers of help...trust me if you were closer I would be glad of all the help we can get :D

At least the sun is shining today...although severe rain is expected again tomorrow, so we will just have to sit it out before the big clean up can begin...I feel alot better today, the shock of it has settled. I found a report on line that says the lake in front of us received 110l itres per square metre in one day    There was also a tornado in Malaga City which is about 40 mins drive away, so we got off lightly.... :?

GOOD NEWS!!!! I got new batteries for my camera, so hope to get started on the tutorial this afternoon for you all :D :D

HI, I'm a member but mostly read rather than post. I have to add my plea to everyone else though, for the tute on this quilt. I'm quite lost!!!

Sorry to hear about the storm damage.
