LOL, looks like my first attempts too. Recently i redid the binding on a small one i made years ago.

Shoot, at least you sewed yours! When I was 18-ish and made a quilt for then BF (now DH) I had no idea how the heck I was going to finish it off! My grandma was somewhat helpful, but when she said "hand stitch" I was shocked! I knew I would never have in done in time for Christmas so I did the next best thing (in my mind) which was to use the iron on tape stuff! :lol: He still has, and uses that quilt and the binding is just now starting to peel off. I guess I should just suck it up and do it the right way... someday, ha ha!
