jackie -

how do you come up with your designs? do you draw them first and mark your quilt or make it up as you go along?

your creativity is amazing!

I would love to take credit for this design but it's a Smith Street Design called Garden Beauty. Thank you for believing that I'm that talented. You have way more talent then I. You do wonderful work.

That is really stunning. You may be the only one to see the flaws you think are there and sometimes we can be our own worse critics. You deserve every compliment you have, and are going to receive, from anyone who sees it. It deserves a prominent display!

I don't understand ... That quilt is beautiful! I applaud you stepping out of your comfort zone and trying so many things new to make this quilt. It is hard, but see what a great job you did?
Just wait the first person that walks into your home is gonna squeal with delight. It is beautiful in your home.

I have learned that I can pick out all my mistakes but if you don't tell people they are mistakes you can tell them it was meant to look that way
and they will never know the differance! :D

Beautiful quilt and beautiful work on the quilting. I can only quilt in the ditch ( I have been quilting for 30 years- sad- Huh!?)

I enjoyed your quilt it shows all your hard work- it's lovely.

Jackie

Yet another work of art you have produced, you continue to amaze me with your talents.
Wish I was closer for you to teach me
Now listen I know Patrice wants the quilt but I think it should be sent over the pond to little old me first. Please add me to the top of the list LOL.

Oh...I'm going to elbow all you beggars out of the way. Jackie..I live WAAYYYY out in the country..the local yocals around here wouldn't know a bad quilting job if it bit them in the butt...soooo I'll just send you my addy!

Really, I do love that quilt. I am glad to hear that you are experimenting with so many firsts. It makes me feel like its the right thing for me to do...make sure I try at least 1 thing new with each quilt. It looks like a lot of your firsts really worked out well for you. I'm in love with your feathers..so who would I be to argue with you over that decision. This one looks great too though. Love it...great job!
