    Australian fabric Quilt finally finished!!

I actually finished my UFO that really was a PFO (partially finished object). someone said FFO is a finally finished object and that fits this one for sure. I'm thinking of sending it to my Sister in Houston. She fell in May and broke her left arm and her nose. Later found her right knee was also broken. She has pins everywhere now (and they aren't for sewing!).
I had tons of trouble moving this quilt around to quilt it. I'm just glad it's done.

Families are like old quilts....although they tend to unravel at times...each can be stitched back together with love.

I love the Australian fabrics and the way you finished your borders. I also like the thin black sashing framing each block on point. Beautiful piece. Thanks for sharing.

Love those fabric choices, and the way you framed every block in black. Makes them pop on the beige background. She's going to be elephant glad an well delighted.
