I like the idea of a little pile at the bottom of the quilt. It is a beautiful quilt, and the leaves are a really nice touch!

I like it the way it is, but you could add a few more leaves if you feel it needs them. You need the quilt to talk to you!

I think it is fantastic. What a nice touch. My suggestion would be to add a few larger leaves just to make it a little more interesting.
