What a lovely idea to give your lovely quilt to brighten the life of a mother and child.

Very pretty quilt and you have a perfect place to give it away. I think that is a great idea.

Those fabrics and the pattern go so well together, and like someone else posted - it looks like a quilt that is meant to be used and loved, as I'm sure it will be. (I'm with you on the grandchildren thing - I make quilts for other people's ;o)

"Homeless" and "Baby" are two words that should not be in the same sentence.

Adorable quilt! I'm waiting and hoping for a grandchild too! It may not happen but one can always dream.

How wonderful that you are gifting to someone in need, rather than storing unused fabric for someday. Your quilt is lovely and looks so soft and cuddly for its special recipient.
