Check out YouTube's video with Missouri Quilt Co for scalloped edges. They suggest that you cut your binding on the bias and so I found another YouTube video to show me the way to do that. There were a few people showing that and I chose the one where the lady has a 45" square piece of fabric. The binding has more stretch and makes it easier to go around the scallops. I could have used that on a Star Spin Table Topper a few months ago...ha.
