That Westalee template is wonderful. I used the larger of the two that come in the set. It allows you to do concentric circles in 1/2 inch increments.

You could do it easily on your Tiara, you'd just have to buy the template. If you haven't tried ruler work yet, go to Amy Johnson's YouTube channel and check it out. Patsy Thompson also has a nice series of YouTube videos.
Amy Johnson teaches a Craftsy class for beginning ruler work that has lots of info.

Thanks, Rob. I have bookmarked the tutorials you recommended and will order the Westalee circle rulers. Thanks so much for the inspiration.

A fun quilt for a new baby. I do think your very nice quilting is perfect for the quilt design-it shows up beautifully.

Thank you for sharing the templates you used. I just LOVE circles and you did an amazing job. I just quickly browsed the internet for these templates and found these. Is this what you are talking about?

I ask because there seem to be many images that pop up when you google that particular set of templates.

Thanks for sharing and responding!

Wow, Rob, you really nailed it on the FMQing. Your design is perfect on the Rainbow quilt. Awesome job.

yes, that is the template. It really makes it easy to do concentric circles and Baptist fans without having to do any marking.
