    baby quilt

Saw a few of these elephant quilts posted a few months ago. This is my effort. The baby's name was cut from fabric and a zigzaged on, but now I wish the name was a bit more prominent. But my daughter, who is giving it as a gift, is delighted. I am pleased with the overall look.

I like the baby’s name being the less important part of the quilt. As it is, it tells him the quilt is his, but the elephants is the part that should stand out for him to identify and play with.
