This is a baby quilt I made that awaits a baby girl. I was burning myself out making baby quilts on demand, so figured I'm going to start making them and then if someone has a baby I can just pull one from my stash.

I'll share more pictures of my quilts on another day. I figured I won't share them all on the same day.

    Enjoy!

I did the same thing. That's a darling quilt. It's a good way to use up small pieces of fabric.

What a beautiful quilt. I try to keep baby quilts made up, but it always seems that when I need a boy quilt, all I have are girl quilts, or vice versa. Oh, well, one of these days I will catch up.

I decided to do the same. My DH is always asking me give my quilts to our friends GC or a neighbor. I'm not sure the young girls always appreciate the work involved. Glad I got started though my friend's daughter is haveing a boy & a girl

These little quilts are very time consuming and they get expensive. I used some fleece ( from a sale table) that I pre washed, then quilted on my machine.

Your guilt is truly a keepsake beautiful and the baby will lucky to receive it. Nice work. Do you hand quilt? what do you use for backings?
