    Default Baby Quilt Take 2!

I don’t usually give my baby quilts at the showers- too much "oohing and aching" 🙂- but give them to Mom later. But I went to the shower of a sweet young friend and thought "well, pooh!" when she opened a gift with a beautiful Mommy and Me quilt- the same pattern I had almost finished for her. Since I had already invested the $$ for fabric, etc, on the quilt I was making her, I dug around to see what I had in my stash and found a charm pack that was a Missouri Star daily deal. Put with other fabric that I already had, made this at no additional cost. Oh, well, not what I had planned, but mama will still be thrilled!

"ooh and ah!" this is so sweet and so simple! but it is embarrassing - there are so few quilters in the world. Glad you had the warning at the shower before you made your gift!!!

Adorable and cute quilt. Love the name you put on it. Great fabric choices.
