    That looks great! I'm glad to see this since I bought one of the templates at the Houston show this year. I've only made one block and turned it into a trivet, but am excited about making something bigger!

    It's beautiful. Sometimes I've had requests for fabrics or designs on a quilt that I'm not quite fond of, but you took it as a challenge and look how beautiful it came out. If you don't like magenta, try making a quilt using strips of every type of fabric in the world, then red stripes in between. I remembered a quilter on Simply Quilts who treated red as a neutral, which I repeated to myself while making the quilt. It actually came out nice, and she loved it. It was nice of you to make this quilt for a new baby.
