This was made from the instructions in "The Bargello Heart" book. I love that book!

How beautiful! I don't usually care for Bargello hearts...BUT you've done something special with this one...maybe it's the colors...the border treatment...something...makes this all go together so nicely...it's wonderful!

    I am a newbie and I have a ?.

I know that bargello lengths of sewn together strips...Riiight ?

If You set up the strips into stacks , could You just keep sewing one stack after another into one big strip or until You are quitting for the night. and then just separate the strips ,and then are ready to sew together.

I hope that I worded this question clearly enough to be understood. Thanks .....Alice

That's beautiful! And the fact that it was made from your stash makes it even more special. Great job!

I love the bargello heart pattern. I like the bargello swish quilts too but they look too hard for me. The bargello heart looks like I could actually do one. Yours is certainly beautiful!

Very pretty piece. I have done bargello in needlepoint, but never in quilting. Am goling to attempt it as soon as I feel confident enough to go for it.
