Beautiful quilt. I've never seen that pattern. This is one of the reasons I love quilting and this board, there is always something new to ooh and ahh about!

Sorry to be so slow to get back to you...I was searching for a quilt that I thought I remembered and I was shocked to see that my thread had been revived... anyway, those cardinals are concrete or cement...I don't think I know the difference, if there is one...hah. They're pretty handy and since they require no feed they don't poop...lol. I've had them for years...dh has even repainted them...had a dozen but I think some may have had some help relocating over the years...well, they didn't "fly" away, I'm sure. Thanks for the comments!
