    Hi All,
I had posted in May about the beautiful Batiks I bought at the Denver Quilt festival..
a couple of you had asked to see the jacket when it was finished; here's a photo, I lined it with black muslin;just something I had laying around, but was too thin to use on a quilt, to give it warmth, I used flannel, so it has a nice weight, it's not too stiff and it's warm. Good bye ugly work sweater!!!!! YEA!

Thanks Butterfly spain- It's a 'Simplicity pattern' that I altered a little, I had a pattern from the late 90's that I thought I wanted to use,( all these years..) called 'take 12 jacket' after I pulled it out & started looking at it, I didn't like the cut. It went together pretty quickly after I chose what fabric was going where. I have to tell you my ugly office sweater put up quite a fight when I tried to take it off my chair this morning! LOL
