You absolutely have to bead it! Half a wing is already done, so you only have another 11 or so to go.

I personally love it without the beads , Then I tend to love the more natural and stay away from bling . Go with your heart if it will be one of those things that you will look at ten years from now and feel that it is not truly finished then bead it. I am sure the major majority will like it beaded I myself love the un-beaded natural state

Oh, my but you DO have a lot of work ahead of you. I assume this will be in a show somewhere once completed????? The beading does so much to enhance the butterflies!

Butterflies are beautiful to begin with but when they're blinged out? Wow! Then they become spectacular! This is just stunning & I know your quilt is going to be mind-boggling (in a good way)! I cannot wait to see it! You truly are an artist!

It definitely makes a difference! I keep seeing glittery fabric these days...too late for this one, but maybe a future choice if you should go this direction again. I don't think the effect would be quite as stunning as the beads, though. Yes, lots of work ahead for you, but oh, such beautiful results!
Being skinny isn't easy, so I gave up and opted for being sexy instead. (aunty acid)

The beading is beautiful and adds so much to the "pop" to the whole thing. Can you wash it with the beading on it?
I would love to try that on one but just wondering how practical....
Families are like old quilts....although they tend to unravel at times...each can be stitched back together with love.

I would not wash this. It's a wall hanging only. Maybe dry clean but some of the beads say donot dryclean. So I am going to hang t and keep it clean.
