How would a narrow boarder of blue between the braids and snippets look, the boarder all in blue

I love that snippets fabric.

I think a narrower snippets sashing between the braids (3"-ish) , with the same size narrow border around the whole thing, finished off with a wider border & binding of the blue floral.

I think you've got enough of the jelly roll in the braids - the top doesn't need anymore of that fabric.

I don't know if you're shooting for a certain size, but I think this would nicely balance the components of quilt, showcasing the braids, instead of competing or overwhelming them.

GREAT choices on the fabrics - they are quite different from the standard choices usually seen. ;-) ;)

I have to totally agree!!! I think the snippets look really great, different and fun.

Thank you everyone for your input. This quilt, the braid part, was easy and fun to put together. Trying to figure out the best setting was not so easy; I felt stymied. Anyhow, this is the end result and I am very pleased with it. Thanks for your inspiration and ideas! You never disappoint.

I took it in to the quilter today. I'll show it again when it's finished!

Agree on this ....white inner border and the blue for outer. Narrower white between the pieced rows.
