Having done a double wedding ring quilt and the bali star wedding quilt, I can say with certainty that while they take a while to make, if you are organized, they are not that complex. Your fabrics are beautiful and it will make a stunning quilt!!! I did mine in red (arcs) greys / blacks (ends and stars) and creams - background ... Enjoy!
