    Best is saved for last-part 2

    Attached is a close up of the design on the Antique quilt and the new label. Thank you all for looking at this and the original Best is saved for last post. My BIL was thrilled that so any people took the time to look at his quilt!!

    It's a beautiful quilt and I think it must have been her best one or maybe even a wedding quilt? Glad it has a nice label on it now!

    I am obsessed with finding that pattern. I am also thinking that with the amount of applique involved that the pattern was "store bought" and not an original design by the grandmother. The search continues, LOL I know it is out there somewhere.
