I like 3 and 4, 3 looks like still water and 4 looks like a pool. but the colors are contrasting or look like they go together.

The light colors are water close to shore. The darker blues are further away from shore.
I just got back from Florida and your colors make me want to go back!!!

Because of the colors I like all 4. But for tropical I would use 1 and 4.
