Binding Holder
#13
I roll my binding on a marking pen, then remove the pen. I slide some yarn through it and tie the yarn around my neck so the roll of binding sets against my chest. Then it just unwinds as I sew it on the quilt. Just be careful to have the phone close by, as once you start you don't want to get up quick without thinking or else you'll end up stringing the binding around the house.

It also works good when you are away from home if you put a piece of yarn through the tp holder and tie it around your neck. That way the binding is right at hand and you don't need any additional item with you.

It's a ruler that when you press down on it, it holds the fabric with silicone (I think) pads. Works great. I love it. The web site is: http://quiltersslidelock.com/purchase/

Great idea! I use an "empty " Pringles can and set it on the floor and the binding just rolls off. The can itself, holds my bent pins, broken needles, old rotary blades, etc. If/when it gets full, I'll throw it out and get another one. - Hope that happens soon, some Pringles sounds good.
