It's hard to tell if my computer is showing your quilt to advantage or not. I would change it. Good luck with whatever you do.

I think the 2nd version is better. It doesn't fade into the rest of the blocks.

Between the birdcage & the nest I prefer the beige.
However under that you display a beige & I prefer the blue stay in this area so the two beiges aren't so close to one another.
I agree whatever looks best to you.
This is a beautiful quilt either way.

Polly, I think the vote is for the blue-green. Looks great. I am amazed you put all that together is such a short time. I may be working on it forever.

I like the tan floral mainly because I see it elsewhere in the quilt. But the blue looks great also!

    I like the first version.
The tan floral does nothing for me
I think it is a very nice quilt top and the colors are great.
    Pretty, pretty appliques.

I like the tan as it sets off the other blocks.

I, too, like the blue. It gives a bit of spice to the quilt. Yet, as others have said, this is YOUR quilt and you can do with it as you want. No one will remember there used to be blue in there and will love the tan.

I'm for the blue. the brown detracts from the beauty of the quilt and doesn't frame as well.
