Thread: Birds of Paradise Wallhanging Quilt done

    I finished the quilting and am now hanging it in my sewing room.

    I've made the iris twice! And the daffodil. I've posted their photos here on the board.

    Lovely! The piecing and fabric choices are great. Your quilitng is very nice. I did her poinsetta pattern, lots of fun.

    I have two of the Mexican Bird of Paradise bushes in my yard. I like your work--you did a wonderful job with piecing and quilting. I bet your sewing room is very nice!

    Thanks. I'm just glad it's done. Funny reason why I couldn't finish it...I didn't have any bobbins that were already filled. So, I had to finish a few other things first to free up a bobbin. Yes, Bernina bobbins are expensive but it looks like I'm going to have to buy more.
