That is going to be awesome when its finished, and your Mom would be so proud of your progress so far on this quilt.
Well done.

Thank you Heather! I'm having lots of conversations with her while making the blocks!

Your blocks are beautiful and what a nice dedication to your mother. Please share a picture of your finished quilt. I am sure your mom is looking down upon you and smiling in the heavens with all the bright cheery colors you have chosen for your fabrics. God bless.

Thank you Bernice! I know she would have loved those colors, I'm convinced she would have picked the same ones. There are no browns in this quilt as, like me, she didn't like brown colors!

This is all I did and how they appear in the quilt. I still have a lot of blocks to make!

Spectacular!

And when I opened this up this morning, I thought, must ask Anael to show us a group shot ... and lookee, we have it!!!

My favourite are the birds/tulips basket ... they'd be so pretty done as repeats for a quilt!

Great minds..........LOL Thanks QuiltE!

I think the next blocks will be the large ones. I've tried to find foundation patterns but it looks like I have to do regular piecing. Good to practice my skills again
