So glad it was an easy fix. Your applique sounds like mine. I'd much rather do anything on the machine that I can than to hand stitch. I love the latest blocks!

@dlong: it was part of the block so I had to redo it but I could use the leaves again so it wasn't a big problem.
Here's the last block for today: Martha Washington's Wreath. I found out I don't like needle turn applique so I fused the parts and when all applique blocks are finished I will stitch them on my machine.

A great pair, Anael! The red stars look familiar--have you been snitching fabric from the PC campfire? This will be such a tribute to your mom. Bright and cheery to make up for those teenage years. It's been 34 years since mine has been gone. I think that no matter how old you are or how long your mom's been gone, you will always miss her.
