    My mistake!! JeanneS post for this pattern is called "Five Easy Pieces Charity Quilt" NOT " Charity Quilt Pattern".

    That is the block on Quilters Cache but it doesn't have the pleated block in the center.

    Also, 5 Easy Pieces is much easier/quicker (no partial seams) with a similar look.

    Similar, but if you have different fabrics around the outside, you will get a very different look. Partial seam use all out side strips the same length. And they are so much fun to make.

    The "4 twists" in that center square add texture to the block. Wonderful gesture for the families.
