    Default BOM finished

This is a BOM from Quilters Newsletter magazine from several years ago just before the magazine stopped printing. I finished it right after the pattern was done coming in the magazine, but it went on my UFO pile until last October. I hand quilted it over the winter months in the evenings while watching TV. It's done in 30's so Of course, I hand quilted it. I am happy with the finished quilt.

Oh my! I understand why you are so happy with the finish. It is beautiful! I am saving this picture. Gorgeous. I love the old looking fabrics.
That border is so pretty. It looks like you had some hand Applique to do and maybe some paper piecing? Excellent work.

Beautiful! And best of all, it didn't stay in the UFO pile forever!

What a beauty! Lovely colors and then hand quilted too! You should be so proud. And yes, the pieced did not rest in the UFO pile for long which is a cherry on top of the sundae. Three cheers for you.

Viewers, Zoom in on Mary's photo if you haven't already. The quilting is splendid and really makes the pattern shine.

Wonderful quilt! Do you find yourself stitching faster as you reach the end? I do!
