Default Bookshelf!

I finished this! It is for my sister-in-law for Christmas. Yes, one gift done! The bottom of the bookcase is angled like the top of it. I got the pattern(s) off of Craftsy.

The first pattern isn't really a pattern but instructions on how to make one. The second is a pattern with sewing information with it. The name on Craftsy is Selvage bookshelf quilt.

I took and fused my selvages onto the strips. Once fused then I sewed around each of the selvages.

I added the paper piecing. Those patterns came from Carol Doak.

That is spectacular! She is going to love it. Wonderfully creative use of the fabric on the back as well.

Great job! I was just looking at a bookshelf quilt pattern this morning and thinking of how many people here had made one.

That looks like tons of work just to get all of those titles onto the books! Wow, nice job.
