I pulled as much from my stash as I could... but couldn't get it quite right. I bought two more to make it work.

I don't think it's yucky--just adding the borders was a yucky job because of the stretch! :-D

I'm doing my first Bargello and I'm having problems with setting my color ways...I have worried over it until I'm just crazy. I'm at the point to just go for it and hope it looks like a bargello when I'm thru or a very complicated scrap quilt. Yikes.

Gigix12, I just bet your Bargello is going to be awesome. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Karla, it is excellent. I enjoyed the work in progress photos you showed us too, in one of your posts. It does take a large chunk of the mind to choose the fabrics, know where they
will fall in the pattern and create the effect you want them too. Then add the personality of the artist making the quilt and watch the work of art unfold. :)
I will enjoy watching your post on the next one you are making.

Your bargello is great. It sure does not look like a "yucky job" from here. Looks beautiful. :D
