    I'm sure she will love it, very thoughtful of you. Does your neighbor have any family that can help? I used to go to my parents once a week and do a cleaning cause my mom has bad heart and can't keep up with it. When I built my house and moved I added an apartment for my parents and they moved with me. Now she has smaller place, rent free so they can travel more, and they are close so I can be there for her. They come up to the main house for dinner every night, so she only has to cook when she wants. Mom also quilts so we get along great and since we are so rural she is great company for me.
