    I liked your story very much. It was great to be able to use the rescued braided portions to incorporate into the cowboy quilt. It is perfect with the wildlife prints. Fun and functional and shows you really care about the hired cowboy.

    What a great quilt! It never ceases to amaze me how much men love quilts. Of all of the ones I have gifted, the men are the most happy that you did this for them. I am sure he will latch on to it and just try to get it away from him! LOL...

    Your quilt is terrific - love the uniqueness and the spirit of using what's at hand for a specific purpose. Hope this cowboy enjoys his personal bedroll!
